Welcome to Cuvée Candles US distributed by malexi brands LLC (“Cuvée Candles” or "we” or "our” or "us"). Cuvée Candles is a German candle company founded in 2022 by Katharina Stebel, Miriam Stebel and Adrian Goly under the name, Stebel, Stebel & Goly GbR. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our website www.cuveecandles.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using this website (and by agreeing to these terms and conditions) you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Cuvée Candles sells scented candles and related products. All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products described or depicted on the site are subject to change at any time without notice.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCALLATION
Cuvée Candles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Dollars ($). We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our Site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Cuvée Candles will ship the products to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping and handling fees will be applied at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. We ship to all 50 states in the US.
Standard Ground orders placed before 12pm EST are processed by the following business day; orders placed after 12pm EST or on holidays are processed within 2 business days. Express orders placed before 2pm EST Monday- Friday will be processed same day.
Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cuvée Candles and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the site. You also agree not to use any automated means to access our site.
