RETURNS AND REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email (hi@cuveecandles.com) within 30 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. Products must be returned unused in their original condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you decide to return an item(s) to Cuvée Candles, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties and taxes that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Cuvée Candles. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
